Posted by Nancy Ball on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2013 at 7:41am.

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are enjoying the fall weather as the colours of the leaves look beautiful at this time of year. The market has picked up and there are plenty of great properties for sale for every price range. Start your search today using the IDX search on my website at http://www.nancyball.ca/idx/ that is updated on a regular basis. Send me your requirements at http://www.nancyball.ca/home-finder.php and I will set you up on an automated search delivered to your email as soon as they are entered into the MLS system. I have set a high goal for myself and I want to help 3 more families before the end of the year. If you know of anyone who is thinking of buying or selling, please send me an email. I would love to help!

Wishing everyone a festive Thanksgiving Day weekend!

-Nancy

P.S. Check out the latest MoneySense Magazine for Sept/Oct issue as they did a feature on what to buy in Calgary right now and I did an interview! Page 41 & 42 if you’re curious. I will publish a link when available.

September Sales Stay Strong

Calgary, Oct. 1, 2013 – City of Calgary residential sales totaled 1,923 units in September, 19 per cent higher than last year and 14 per cent higher than long-term averages for the month.

While sales activity over the past three months has been above long-term trends, it was less so in September than in July and August. » Click Here

Decor Trends 2014: Decorate with themes that inspire you

A great tip I give all my clients is to visit show homes or open houses to get ideas for their own homes. There are some very creative home owners out there, not just in the bigger homes but mostly the smaller ones with less space that comes up with the most intriguing solution for storage or how to make their small living room look like a grand hall! For ideas on decorating or paint colours, you can also browse through pictures of listings on my website to find the inspiration room for your home.
