Price gains encourage new listings growth

Hello Everyone,

My interview with MoneySense Magazine has arrived! See the article link below. The Calgary Real Estate Board worked with MoneySense Magazine as well as Top Calgary Realtors to compare statistics for the “Top 3 Calgary Neighbourhoods to Invest”. It was an honor to be the only Calgary Realtor chosen to be published in this article.

With the arrival of winter early this year, it is a good time to start thinking about interior renovations, to make our home more energy efficient, fix the concerns that were neglected during the warmer months, or just to spruce things up a bit! I've tried to include some articles that will give you some tips and advice with your next home project.

If you would rather just sell and start fresh with a new home, then this is also a great time! The Calgary real estate market shows very low inventory of single family homes and buyers are not sitting on the fence waiting for their dream home. It's like a 'grab and go' situation out there! If you want to find out how much your home is worth, visit my page at http://www.nancyball.ca/home-evaluation.php and I will send you a free market evaluation with current comparables!

The luxury home market has also picked up in the past year and there are plenty of really nice high-end homes in the best Calgary neighbourhoods. View luxury single family residential listings or luxury condo listings on my website for the most current activity in this market.

If you know of a friend, family member or colleague who is thinking of buying or selling real estate, please feel free to forward my newsletter to them or have them contact me. Your referrals are very much appreciated!

Sincerely,

Nancy

MoneySense Magazine: Where To Buy Now

We tell you exactly which neighbourhoods are set to skyrocket in value. On one side, there are international economists—and their much publicized reports—declaring the market to be overvalued and due for a sudden, corrective crash. Then there are the local analysts who oscillate between doom-and-gloom predictions and the potential for a soft landing. Caught in the middle are prospective homeowners and real estate investors who are just trying to negotiate a good deal.  » Click Here
