If you or anyone you know has a property to sell, or just thinking about selling a property, please feel free to contact me. Since the new year, there has been a bit more activity with new listings however, the buyers are hungry and good listings are going fast! We expect a flood of listings to come onto the market early next month, so if you are considering selling, now is a good time to get a head start! Browse through listings according to your neighbourhood on my website at www.nancyball.ca to see the MOST current market activity! Listings are updated every hour so you are seeing listings even before they hit Realtor.ca.Some more interesting news, your income properties can now be marketed on the MLS! This is outstanding news for both landlords and renters because it is secure (no scams since listings can only be entered and managed by Realtors®) and an excellent online source to tap into the rental market. The CLS (Commercial Listing Service) offers both properties for sale and lease, it is about time the residential MLS offers the same. Read more about it here.
I wanted to thank you again for all the referrals you sent me over the past year. Having happy clients like you pushes me to be a better Realtor®.

A then-and-now look at Calgary's growing skyline
Calgary has come a long way since it was first incorporated as a town way back on November 7th, 1884. At that time, it had a population of only 506 people. Today it’s home to over 1.15 million, and that number is expected to continue to grow by two per cent per year over the next decade.
Sadly many of the heritage buildings in these pictures have long since been torn down to build new developments such as high-rise office buildings, multi-family units, and retail shopping centres. Fortunately, there are still a handful of homes that remain from those good ol' days but not for long as some are slated to be demolished if not sold and moved elsewhere. Click Here »
