Hello Everyone,

Are you getting a chance to enjoy this Spring weather?  Here is this month's latest update as I ensure past clients and anyone who has registered under my website keeps informed. I include a comprehensive market report so you can stay up-to-date on pricing in your desired neighbourhoods.

You'll see the detached market is picking up with over 2 months of inventory whereas in December we had 4.4 months. The condo market, however, has yet to pick up so pricing is key when getting the sale due to the amount of competition.

The detached housing market is on the upswing compared to this time last year!! Right now we have around 2 months of inventory whereas in January 2016 Calgary had 6.6 months of listings which lowered to 4.2 months in December 2016.  

Last Thursday evening I put 4116 42 ST SW on the market, I had a number of showing requests (12 to be exact) and by the end of the next day we had an offer! My Seller is thrilled and now we await condition removal.  Being the Glamorgan Community Specialist I ensure the real estate statistics are studied as numbers never lie, I also ensure to touch base with community contacts and my marketing plan successfully executed!
