Hello there,

How are you? Enjoying this sunshine now that Spring has finally arrived I hope. The Calgary, Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks and Airdrie markets are holding up well. According to the Calgary Real Estate Board, the current market conditions could favour the seller and the benchmark price for a single family home this April in Calgary spiked to $452,900. Check out http://www.NancyBall.ca for the latest MLS listings and contact your favourite Realtor to view any homes.

P.S. Don’t forget to enter my trip for 4 to Disneyland Contest & more prizes!
