Nancy Ball - A Professional Real Estate Agent with Years of Experience

Nancy Ball was first introduced to real estate as a child as her parents flipped homes in Calgary, Alberta.  She invested in the market as young as twenty-one and learned what it was like to get your feet wet as a buyer.  A native Calgarian, she graduated from Mount Royal College in the Real Estate Agents' Program and achieving a Marketing Management Diploma.  She learned where the best investments are and how to increase their property value.

Nancy began her career adopting a philosophy of putting her clients first & caring for their needs, one client at a time.  She has now become one of C.I.R. Realty's Top 25 Producers and ranked #18 out of 600 Realtors for 2006.  Nancy was awarded the C.I.R. Silver Award in 2005, the C.I.R. Gold Award and the C.I.R. Platinum Award in 2006 for her contribution to her clients.

 A Contributor to Her Community

As busy as she is, Nancy still finds the time to give back in helping with community development projects and fundraising events.  She has been on the Glamorgan Community Association Board of Directors since March 2004.  Since that time she has coordinated the Fun Money Casino Night & Silent Auction every October helping to raise thousands of dollars towards building a new rink building named Glam Shack by its members.  She also volunteers her time helping to write the community newsletter FOCUS and other special events. I often have clients looking to invest or move outside of Calgary.  When this happens I reach to the contacts I have made, knowing that their services are an extension of the services I provide.  I interview all Realtors, some of their past clients and their Broker before recommending them to my clients.

Being ambitious, she started another business called First Glance Home Staging in 2005 recognizing a need in the real estate market.  Home staging is one of the FREE SERVICES that she offers her Sellers when they list their home with her.  Home Staging is techniques that help make your home appeal to buyers in any market.
